ARHU MFA Alumni participate in Washington Project for the Arts exhibit OPTIONS 2011. 
Mahwish Chishty and Stewart Watson, recent Art Department MFA alumni, have work included in the Washington Project for the Arts exhibit OPTIONS 2011.  This is the fourteenth installment of WPA's biennial exhibition of works by emerging and unrepresented artists from DC, Maryland, and Virginia.  Begun in 1981, under the direction of WPA Executive Director Al Nodal, the OPTIONS biennial has a thirty-year history of showcasing vibrant, challenging, and innovative work by artists from the mid-Atlantic region. OPTIONS 2011 will take place from September 15 through October 29, 2011 at 629 New York Avenue, NW, 2nd floor, Washington, DC.  There will be an opening reception for the exhibition on Thursday, September 15 from 6-8pm and a talk with the curator and participating artists on Saturday, October 1 at 3pm. Both events are free and open to the public.
